I’ve been rooted in the salon world since I was 16, rising through every role: assistant, colorist, and now, salon owner and healthy hair expert. That journey shaped how I serve—knowing that every touchpoint, from consultation to final style, is a part of the guest experience.
With that foundation, I created Ayesha Derche, a space that blends intention with ease. Warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully elevated, the salon reflects my belief that beauty should feel as good as it looks.
My approach? Effortless, low-maintenance luxury. I specialize in enhancing natural tones and textures, think soft, lived-in blondes, rich brunettes, and custom color blends with radiant shine.
